University of the year

Whatuni surveyed the nationwide student population and asked them for satisfaction ratings on everything that is important to student life. The scores were based purely on these findings.

After surveying over 36,000 students Loughborough University came out on top with a score of 4.53 out of 5. Hot on their heels were Harper Adams University who matched their score but just missed out on top place.

At the other end of the rankings, the University of Westminster propped up the table with a score of 3.5. This left them the lowest scoring University in the country.

The top 10 were:

3. Bangor University
4. University of Glasgow
5. Aberystwyth University
6. Northumbria University
7. Leeds Arts University
8. Swansea University
9. University of Exeter
10. University of St Andrews
