Friargate Court is the smartest, most luxurious student accommodation in Lancashire.
We have taken inspiration from boutique hotels to create inspiring living spaces that will excite the student and satisfy their parents. Each well-appointed apartment or studio includes a fully furnished living space and fitted kitchen complete with appliances, utensils and crockery. Bedrooms are also fully furnished and include bedding and towels. Everything you need to start out in student life is provided. The designer shower rooms have all the en suite luxuries you would expect from a boutique hotel.
We have reserved some apartments and studios for post graduates, key workers and apprentices to accommodate the needs of a broad mix of residents at the various stages of their academic, training and working lives.
We pride ourselves on our “hands on” management style and all members of the team will be happy to help you in any way they can.

Our Premier rooms have all the facilities and features included in a Standard room but benefit from slightly more space or enhanced views.
